Queenkarma69 - Squatting 135lbs for 12 reps Not my personal best but I haven t done even this much weight for this many reps in a couple of years Still very satisfied and very VERY sore and will be for about 4-5 days How many times do I train legs a week Only once if I m pushing heavy weight and working on putting on size and strength Maybe twice MAYBE but only if I m going light and working more mobility So when I hear people say they train legs HARD 3-4 times a week They ain t trainin hard enough Even after 20 years of lifting we both still get extremely sore for days if we go as hard as we should Train hard
