Queenkarma69 - Some early morning mobility training is how I started this beautiful but absolutely FREEZING COLD DAY This type of training is NOT my favorite by any means I hate it to be honest but it s necessary As I we age our bodies stiffen up muscle gets tighter after so many workouts Also combat sports puts your body to the test So this type of training has become necessary to keep my hips workin smoothly to strengthen my once torn-up knees and to keep my shoulder joints fluid and injury free I like to think of my body as a well oiled machine Not all training has to be glamorous or exciting we must remember it s the small things that add up Have the discipline to get shit done
