Ginger_spinner - I want to show you guys where a lot of the money I get from here goes to Here s my pond project that I ve been working on for a year I ve spent at LEAST 100 hours just shoveling the holes for this thing on and off in between other projects They re pretty deep I m so proud of it I finally was able to pay for the 1000 pond tarp in the back I put it in this weekend and now I ve been slowly filling it up I have a well and can only pump in so much per day I need to trim the tarp hide the black areas and cover the perimeter with aquatic plants and such to make it beautiful now This is the fun part FINALLY The top pond will waterfall into the lower pond which will flow into a canal into my meadow to water the trees that are amongst the wildflowers Then a pump will bring the water back to the top pond and the water will circle that way Another fun thing I get to do is that I m going to travel a couple hours to this one pond I used to go to as a kid and catch two bullfrogs at night Then I will quarantine them for a couple weeks and put them in my pond I m also going to get a couple turtles I recently got 5 koi some goldfish and a ton of pond plants for now but I need a TON and I mean a TON more plants for the perimeter and inside the pond Just one of those lilly plants the ones with flowers not the little ones is between 30 and 60 dollars depending on the species That s where any future money is going to go to from my OF any time soon THANK YOU GUYS You make this happen lt 3 Anyway I will continue to update pics of the progress of this bad boy If you got it this far thanks for reading Read more
