Graciegreyyxo - Hey all Still working on replying to all DMs and tips Had to take a couple days off cause my head was super wonky and I felt extremely on edge and had dissociated with reality from lowering my meds just the other day to the lowest dose Thank god I will be fully off my meds by at least mid Nov and will start feeling like my old self again The thing about antidepressants is you can t just stop taking them and quit cold turkey you have to ween yourself off and tapper yourself off at a safe pace or it can be super bad for you For anyone wanting to know I was on antidepressants for a year to help me cope with my situation I was in last year and the stress of knowing I had a surgiry coming up that could have potentially left my face paralyzeď Thankfuly my surgury went well and I didn t get face paralysis like I was told so once I was done with my surgury I went on dr orders to start to my meds My situation has changed so much for the better that I don t feel the neeed to have to take antidepressants to cope anymore and want to take good care of my health and well being I wouldn t be where I am if it wasn t for all the support you have all given me Thank you so much for the patience and prayers during my difficult times I m so excited to go into Nov feeling like a whole new and improved Gracie I will have all DMs and tips will be answered by end of night on tomorrow night on Halloween so that we can go into Nov with a empty inbox and I ll be answering DMs multiple times a day moving forward so I m won t get so behind like I did It only got this bad because of my surgury and recovery I promise moving forwards things will be a lot more curated and addressed more in a professional manor Got lots of great things planned moving forwards Lots of goodies coming your way and a tip menu starting Nov Read more
