Cliffordpacker - Hi guys just wanted to be a little real with you all I ve been struggling BIG time recently with a lack of focus and a huge issue with sensory overload It makes me irritable for no reason and it may be ADHD I ve been talking with a therapist to get tools to cope with my sensory issues and am finally getting an assessment in a few days for ADHD I m really looking forward to hopefully making some headway on dealing with this Why am I telling you guys this Not sure but it feels good to let people know about it I hope you ll enjoy this picture of me in pink light that I turned on in an attempt to calm me down Hope all of you are doing well There is a great video coming on Saturday
