Cynthiatazer - I ve gained 16lbs back in the last 2 weeks AND I AM SO EXCITED ABOUT IT I have not spun out in a week and a half because I have been able to eat again finally man what a trip its been Been reading this book on ptsd And doing a lot of research and self healing My counselor even hears a difference and we have been having meetings on the phone not at the office cuz my ptsd was too bad the anxiety was killing me Took a month to get me somewhat regulated Finally back to work after 2 months off TEXAS BREW RADIO
