Angela_ride - This probably does not look sexy to most but I love getting stronger Also I m almost sugar-free for over 3 weeks Sweets used to be more than half of the calories that I eat my whole life and I couldn t get rid of this eating behavior I ve always been skinny though and looked pretty lean but I know I could be better if I stopped eating so much sugar And I mean it I ate tons of sweets When I tried to stop eating sugar before probably over 10 times I could only last 1 day and then it would get even worse But now something clicked in my brain and for now I m being successful and not craving sugar I m not torturing myself I did eat one cinnamon bun one piece of brownie an ice cream and couple of cookies but that s it for over 3 weeks I hope I can keep it up
