Maria-wattel - This morning in training i managed a new PR personal record after long time swipe to 2nd video 1 st rep not so nice 2nd rep better I was not feeling all that energetic but still managed to make the workout count We all have days that we feel a bit off The key is to understand yourself so i put in the work and the second half of the training i cut myself some slack But still had a good feeling overall Sometimes we just need to see the bigger picture Unfortunately after training ended up in bed with migraine so there was definitely a reason for not feeling as energetic Miss Maria
