X-rose - Baby I m in the mood to work out together today so a little workout for the glutes Squats with toe raises Do 3-4 approaches of 12-15 reps Do regular squats first and as you lift at the top point of the movement stand on your toes emphasizing the load on your glutes Back Lunges Do 3 approaches of 10-12 reps for each leg Take a wide step back and lower into a lunge ensuring proper body position and emphasizing the glutes Bridge Lie on the floor and bend your legs at the knees placing your feet on the floor Lift your hips upward creating a straight line from your shoulders to your knees Hold in the top position for a few seconds activating your glutes Do 3-4 approaches of 12-15 repetitions Don t forget to warm up before your workout and make sure to follow proper exercise technique Have a great workout Read more
